Booking appointments online is for the Treasure Valley only.  You can schedule to see Anna at the Fairview Walmart near Eagle Rd, or for an In-Home appointment anywhere in Boise, Meridian, Star, Kuna, Middleton, Caldwell or the smaller surrounding cities.  There is NEVER any charge for these appointments.  This is a service to help you make the best decision you can for your health insurance.
